The scheduler will not be hunting down coaches or responding to opposing team emails, scheduler will only speak with head coaches, travel coordinator and the ref assignor as needed via email. Coaches are not to text or call scheduler under any circumstance, use [email protected] for ALL scheduler communications.

If you are within 2 days (48 hours), and need to reschedule a home game due to procrastination rescheduling, The coach will be subject to collecting the extra referee fees from your team and verification of receipt by the treasurer, BEFORE we will reschedule the game.

Contact the opposing team and request 3 days with times that will work
Times: Saturdays after 9:00 AM, Sundays have to be after 1pm (no exceptions).
